e Business Tools (BT) Basic OperatorCourse is a standard course whereparticipants are introduced to the BusinessInteligence platform in Telecom industry. Itprovides basic knowledge on how thesystem works and should be managed.From basic principles through complex
configuration of the BT application to userexperience apparent to end user. e coursefocuses on the more technical part ofOperating system and process management,as well as Oracle database administration.Furthermore it provides the participants
with knowledge on Dimensions, OLAPprocessing and standard reporting using BTplatform.

Objectives
On completion of the course participantswill have gained experience with a variety oftools and configuration options related tosuccessfull statistical reporting and futurestrategy planning in the MessagingEnvironment.
