6. Stage exploitation

a) In the event the stage is set in one place for an extensive period of time, inspect – prior to each use – whether all legs, stairs and barrier fastenings, as well as clamps connecting legs and platforms are tight enough.

b) Rain may cause undermining of the surface the stage is installed on; therefore, the stability of all the legs and their correct support should be checked. Adjust the legs in the event they have been undermined. Use wooden supports if needed. Long-term exposure to humidity may result in deformation of platform tops.

c) Check condition of all the elements after each disassembly. Check for any cracks or dents in platform sections. Legs should be inspected for cracks or dents, too. Telescopic legs should allow smooth adjustment within the full scope. In the event of major damages, contact the supplier in order to arrange repair or replacement of the damaged element

d) Take care of the stage during loading and unloading to ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation; do not throw or drag stage elements. One platform should be carried by two persons.

e) BT-STAGE platforms have built-in transport security elements; nevertheless, check if protective rubber elements are still on the platform corners. Platforms transported on pallets must be fastened together using transport belts; place thick cardboard where a transport belt touches the platform. All the small parts and tools must be placed in a box

A lot of other items and accessories are available on special demand!
