Vevo Network Wide Rotational Media (June 16 - September 7)

Greyhound’s virtual video music travel guide will kick-off June 16, 2014 and run-through September 7, 2014. The placements will include a mixture of companion ad units and commercial spots that will run pre-roll to targeted hip hop and R&B genre specific videos that will run as wide rotational media across the Vevo network. Placements are to include:

• 480x70 and 300x60 companion ad units will have unique messaging that recommends major concerts and music festivals in Greyhound cities

• Greyhound :15/:30 video commercial spots will run as Vevo Network Wide Rotational media pre-roll to hip hop and R&B genre specific videos that are Vevo destination specific (desktop, mobile, living room devices)

FTF Sponsorship With Related Artist Takeover (July 24 - September 7)

Greyhound will be the sole advertiser for the “Follow The Flow” original hip hop webseries that offers a 6 week ownership offering that includes:

• High Impact Creative; 1500x620 branded clickable canvas skin, 480x70, 300x60, 300x250 and 728x90 companion ad units will run on Vevo’s homepage carousel. Suggested messaging will recommend major concerts and music festivals in Greyhound cities

• Greyhound will have 100% ownership of the “Follow The Flow” online original hip hop webseries that will include; in video product placement and Greyhound :15/:30 video commercial spots that will run pre-roll to the four “Follow The Flow videos that are included in the installment

• Greyhound will have 100% ownership of the artist takeover that is associated with the “Follow The Flow” series that will run Greyhound :15/ :30 commercial spots pre-roll to each video in the artist’s catalog that is featured in the “Follow The Flow” installment

Evolve and Vevo will team up to produce an integrated multimedia campaign that will celebrate Greyhound’s 100 year anniversary. Greyhound’s virtual video music travel guide will run across the Vevo network in addition to content being syndicated to up to 25 affiliate partner networks. The campaign will be supported with a full array of custom digital banners, original video series, mobile and social content syndication and a branded content hub that will be a centralized destination to connect current HBCU students and former HBCU alumni millennials that recommends popular concerts and music festivals in Greyhound cities, along with an original online hip hop webseries that can be shared, streamed and viewed while you travel aboard Greyhound’s new fleet of premium buses that offer in-bus wi-fi, power outlets and comfortable seating. The national brand campaign will be based around five key pillars:

Social Media Celebrity Outreach Syndication (June 16 - September 7)

“Follow The Flow” video content will include branded messaging and a unique social media celebrity outreach content syndication strategy that will be seeded by DJ Envy. Four of the five videos will run in a Vevo player and include the following social media deliverables:

• Artist Audition promo video will be hosted by DJ Envy (will be the only video to not run in the Vevo player). The promo video will be a call to action that encourages unsigned hip hop artists to enter the “Follow The Flow” Instagram Video audition., which will be promoted through DJ Envy’s Twitter and Instagram channels

• Instagram Video Audition: Artists will submit their :15 viral video audition to the official “Follow The Flow” Instagram Video Audition page with the #ghfreestyle. As entries are being submitted Greyhound and Evolve will see these entries on a timeline as the # begins to trend

• Evolve has technology that can pull the unsigned artist feeds and target the Greyhound campaign based on location

• Evolve will provide a social traffic report that will include the following metrix: Contest entry submissions, CTR’s, VCTR’s, Likes, Follows to Greyhound social media channels.
