BSK 3-Tiered Service
Firstly, we offer a comprehensive audit for your current external funding practices and income which establishes the basis for recommendations and principles for future working as well as a comprehensive survey of funders for the subject areas important to your business.
Secondly we offer a hand held service to support establishing a change in culture internally and create a strategic approach to funding. This may include the following elements:• Setting up internal management systems and policy• Training and mentoring All clients will be able to subscribe to a free Monthly Update from September 2012. This will provide monthly horizon scanning for the areas identified as priority projects for funding
Thirdly, we would offer a specialist consultancy service for additional services required on a project-by-project basis. This may include bid writing, European partner sourcing, project monitoring or evaluation services.
