Note:

i. Individual faculty must calculate the exact number of lectures available according to

timetable after consulting with Department HOD.ii. Calculate no. of lectures per week assigned to you for the subject.

b. Special Activity: (To be approved by HOD, Coordinator, Campus Director must be

mentions).i. Attendance- student missing for one week in your lecture need to be reported

to class teacher immediately at the end of week.

ii. Unit test after completion of each unit-(30 min Test)

Test can be open book dependent on subject, decided by coordinator or

HOD.

iii. Discuss performance of unit test with coordinator and HOD and find out problems of pupil.

iv. First midterm result and attendance %age need to be discussed with class

teacher/Coordinator/HOD and to be sent to parents.

v. Home assignment need to be assigned to student, after completion of each

unit. Please keep a record, who have submitted or not. (Student will be

rewarded in accordance with submitted home assignments)

Note: Home Assignments will be based on previous 5 years University

questions unit wise. Concern teacher will keep a copy of given

assignment questions with answers with him as a record.

vi. Solving of important questions-Ist turn before commencement of Ist midterm

10. Important points

Lecture Schedule & Style of Delivering Lecture: a. Each topic should be started with an effective introduction and end with relevant

conclusion.

b. Time distribution in lecture class- Time allotted- 60 min.

i. First 5 to 10 minutes will be devoted for paying attention to word students who wereabsent in the last class or continuously absent for many days.

ii. Blackboard Activity-write date, name of the topic,iii. Ensure every student has brought class note and prepare to write what will be

delivered to them.

iv. During lecture students should be encouraged to ask question

v. After completion of chapter a short quiz will be organized

vi. Last five minutes will be devoted to taking attendance by calling their names.

Note- During delivering lecture please move to each bench so that you will come to know
