Over the last century fishing and pearl diving have been at the heart of Emirati life.

The Gulf is home to a wide variety of fish and sea treasures; The Fish House is the

proud recipient of this daily bounty.

At dawn our chefs scour local markets carefully choosing the freshest catches

from experienced and skilled local fishermen. Selecting an array of fresh delicacies

to bring back to our kitchen. Their passion for creating intriguing and original fish

dishes evolves with the daily catch. Never knowing what the ocean will gift them

from one day to the next.

The Fish House is built on a simple premise of promising the freshest range of fish,

prepared however you like it. Unconstrained by tradition, our chefs will take fresh

produce, prepare and cook it just the way you like; whether it’s a nostalgic style

that reminds you of your childhood days or the latest fusion concept.

The centre-piece of The Fish House experience is our signature charcoal and wood

grill, allowing our team to prepare your meal right at the heart of the venue.

We cherish the food, the theatre and the atmosphere.
