What Are The Qualifications To Take Dual Credit Courses?
Most dual credit courses have prerequisites – refer to Program of Studies• Previous coursework• PSAT/SAT/ACT test scores or university entrance exam• Cumulative GPA
How Much Do Courses Cost?• Tuition costs will vary per course. Refer to the Dual Credit
brochure for the most recent information.• The majority are $25 per credit hour. • Students on free and reduced lunch qualify for fee waivers
for most courses.• Textbook costs are more expensive because they must be
purchased.
Project Lead The Way • Biomedical courses earn credit by examination. Course fees
are paid only if student qualifies.• Engineering courses can earn free dual credit through Ivy
Tech. Fees will vary at other universities upon full-time enrollment as a college student.
