on . Keep it on anytime you are away from your

table . Please wear your mask when you are

communicating with your server . We will try to

keep our service from being overly disruptive so

that you can enjoy eating , drinking and having a

nice mask-free time at your table . Help us out by

keeping your mask handy and being cool .

WHAT ARE YOUR GENERAL SANITATION

PRACTICES? 3

It 's a long list , Here we go :

Frequent handwashing . Fresh gloves when

bussing any used dishes or service items . Fresh

gloves for all plated food delivered to the tables .

Clean hands and trays for delivering all drinks and

smallwares . Top to bottom sanitizing of every

table and chair between guests . (This process

takes 3 minutes of sanitizer contact . Please wait

and be patient . Thank you ! !) Frequent sanitizing of

all high touch surfaces including doors ,

surfaces and restrooms . Sanitizing prior to every

use for pens , checkbooks , and shared electronics .

Our whole team is required to self-check for fever

and other symptoms before each shift .

WHAT ABOUT SOCIAL DISTANCING?Yeah do that ! We have arranged our dining area to

promote appropriate distance . You can help by

doing your part and be mindful of six feet of

distance from the staff and other guests . See

someone you know? Cool ! We all want to see each

other , but please don ’t infringe on their social

distance . Say hi , have your mask on , and keep six

feet apart . Air high fives all day !

There too . All kitchen staff is wearing a mask

throughout the entire shift . Gloves and

frequent hand washing , as well as designated

areas for breaks , eating and drinking are applied

in the back of house area .

WHAT ABOUT IN THE KITCHEN?

Hey thanks for asking that !

We 're in this together ! You can :

-Remove your outside gloves before coming in . We are

changing our gloves after every use and we want to

offer that to you as well . Feel free to use our washrooms ,

hand sanitizer , or ask for a fresh pair gloves if you want

them . 

- Don ’t come here if you are unwell . We must all do our

civic duty and stay home if sick . 

- Don ’t make physical contact with the staff .

We miss you too but we can ’t shake your hand , give you

a hug or a high five . 

- Come with your party all together ! We are not

currently seating partial parties . We are sorry for this

inconvenience but we are looking to one : reduce

germs by reducing longs hangs . And two : frankly to

utilize our very limited number of tables as well as

we can . We love serving you and this community .

And honestly , we can 't thank you enough for your

understanding of how we have to operate right now ,

It won 't be forever . We want to get back to long

dinners and meeting new friends as much as you do .

You may need to wait outside if there are more

groups waiting and pick up orders than can

reasonably distance inside . We will do our best to

make it easy for you by waving to you in your car

when you can come in , or sending a text .

getting a safer way to enjoy eating out . It 's not just

a show here . We are really cleaning , washing and

sanitizing for you and ourselves . It takes time and

that 's what is making literally everything take
