The highlight of this semester was the Crusader Band and Dominican Debs achieving Superior and Excellent Ratings at the District VI Band Director’s Association “Marching Band Assessment.” This made 37 consecutive Superior ratings for the Crusader Drumline and 27 consecutive Superior ratings for the Debs. For the first time since 1996 the Band and Debs performed at the Louisiana Marching Band Circuit’s “Fête de Musique” at Central Lafourche High School. The Band and Debs received Excellent ratings at this event!
