MONEY • Students will need money to make other

purchases if they/you so choose(gifts, memorabilia, snacks, etc.)

• While you can send your son/daughter with cash, it is also a good option to send them with a Visa Gift Card. It can be reloaded from home. You can check the balance and transaction information online And if it’s lost or stolen, it can be cancelled and a new card can be reissued.

• If you’re sending them with a credit card, it is necessary to contact your bank or credit card company before they leave the state!!!!!!!!!!

REMINDERS • EVERYTHING is more EXPENSIVE in Walt Disney World!!! Come

prepared…camera, batteries, phone charger, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, toiletries, summer clothing, etc.

• FOLLOW THE RULES – If a student engages in a behavior to warrant removal from the park or the involvement of the authorities, they will also be removed from the trip and return travel arrangements would be the financial responsibility of the parent/guardian. Further disciplinary action would be at the discretion of the school and/or the Music Department.

• BE ON TIME – Each and every day has its own specific schedule. We are attempting to maximize every moment of our time in Orlando. Students cannot be late in reporting to the buses or a designated location for any reason for any time. If they are late, they will lose the privilege of independence on the following day.

• REPRESENT – You are a reflection of the Marching Band, your school, your family, and your self. The word is always “MATURITY”!! I also like “CLASSY” !

• SOAK IT UP – This is “once-in-a-lifetime”, take advantage of every moment. Experience being there together. This is your opportunity. Don’t waste it.

SAFETY • Attendance is taken at every stop, designated meeting time

and each and every time we get off and on the buses.

• Medical Forms are documented and available at all

locations through Mr. Sullivan.

• Students fill out a “Call List” with their cell phone #.

• State of the Art Medical Facilities are available in all

Disney Parks.

• 14 Chaperones, 4 Registered Nurses, 2 Directors, 1 Assistant

Director, and a Nowak Tour and Travel Representative will

be travelling with us.

• Room Inspections are performed nightly.

• Private Night time supervision is provided at the hotel.

See Ya’ Real Soon!!
