Quick Read LLs

• For discussion at morning tailgate safety meetings

• Sent weekly by email from the LL database to F&O supervisors, LL coordinators, ESH coordinators

Additional Communications of LLs

• Bi-weekly Events and Issues Summary (Distributed to BNL upper management)

• Periodic DOE ORPS and Lessons Learned Summary (Distributed to F&O supervisors, ESH coordinators, LL Coordinators)

• Bimonthly attendance at morning plan of the day and other safety meetings

Note: as with any computer-based system, periodic review and testing of proper function is required to maintain operation.

• Quick Read lessons learned stimulate discussions by providing different subjects at morning meetings; Observers note the information and propose actions to resolve issues if necessary.

• Level 2 managers and supervisors are more aware of events
