Our motto is “satisfied or your money back.

We offer customers something completely new to satisfy

their preferences regarding hygiene and cleanliness at

home or while travelling. TrueStar provides two products

for the traveller’s use: Protect travel bag to sanitise

suitcases after a trip before putting them back in the

wardrobe, and Protect travel shoes to protect shoes after

a trip - a genuine “hygiene passport.”

TrueStar gives customers total control over their checked baggage, using

a special latest generation electronic device linked to the CONTROL

ROOM, which is active 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Our customer

will also be able to use our technology for cars, bikes, rucksacks etc. It

is, in effect, a Personal GPS Locator. Also, the customer will know the

location of his or her suitcase at all times, including all the valuable items

which he or she can confidently expect to retrieve.

This is the nerve-centre of TRUESTAR, active 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

It is continuously linked to all of our airports, to all our SECUREBAG POINTS and to

our employees. It controls all transiting baggage by means of our protective devices,

by identifying an alpha-numeric code and a bar code which contain all the data

relating to the baggage handled, such as: photograph, weight, airport, employee,

point of purchase, date and time. The baggage is monitored worldwide to ensure that

it is returned “safe and sound” to our customer.

The Control Room offers total control available to the airport.

Ideally, your most valuable property will include the

monuments you find in all the countries you visit, whether

for business or pleasure. TrueStar, with its communications,

also wishes to protect these valuable items just as it

protects your baggage. Therefore it has creatively wrapped

the best-known monuments to ensure that they remain

forever the heritage of all.

When the wrapping process is complete, an adhesive

tag with a unique code is attached to the item of

luggage. The customer is given a receipt

as well as a contract/guarantee,
