Il restauro fu realizzato nel rispetto dell’originaria fisionomia degli ambienti, riprendendo ed interpretando le decorazioni esistenti: le colonne di granito brasiliano, l’intricata balaustra in ferro battuto della scalinata d’onore, i pavimenti di marmo e mosaico policromo, gli stucchi, i candelabri veneti, i lucernari e i tessuti damascati.

The restoration was carried out preserving many of the existing features, interpreting and evoking memories of the original décor: the Brazilian granite columns, the intricate wrought iron staircase balustrade, the marble floors with polychrome mosaics, the plasterwork, the Venetian chandeliers, the skylights and the damask textiles.
