EXACT WEIGHTED PACKAGING, HOW IT WORKS

We use best in class equipment and sowaresuppliers and the most advanced weighing andpackaging machine makers in the world.

And with our new Ishida mul-head weighing

system, we have invested heavily in bringing youthe best weighing and packaging soluonsavailable.

This mul-head weighing system is computercalibrated to ensure opmal package sizes. Thesystem consists of a large amount of ‘heads’ orbuckets in which the food product is devided. Thecomputer then automacally weighs andcalculates which combinaon of heads gives theclosest weight to the desired product weight.

As such with our packaging facility we comesignificantly closer to the stated packagingweight and have a smaller give away margin thatwe put in the packaging.

FREEZING FRESHLY PACKED PRODUCTS

The packing system is flexible and adaptableto different products we pack:

• Fresh chicken and poultry

• Frozen chicken and poultry

• Frozen fish, whole, fillets and different cuts

• Cooked products or frozen ready made

• We pack in both bags and trays. For traysthe products can either be with fixed orvariable weight. For trays the products canbe with both a fixed weight or variableweight.

The products can also be packed fresh with

modified atmosphere CO2 (Carbon Dioxide),N2 (Nitrogen), O2 (Oxygen) to extend theshelf life. In addion we offer extended barcode labelling that includes the packageweight.

In addion to the packing facilies we offer an efficient freezing soluon.

Our state of the art Heiden System Holland fast freezing system with

5 freezing tunnels has a capacity of 7.5 tons per shi.Our freezing system can freeze all types of meat, ready made meals, fishand cooked products.
