The Carmel Inn, the Historic site of Mount Carmel Academy, is full of space available for weddings, receptions, parties and more. Below is a list of rooms and spaces that you may choose from to customize your event. Discounts will be available upon multiple uses of rooms and also night stays in our top quality hotel rooms.

Banquet Space

B. Bistro Our Bistro room is one of our most well-known and most often rented rooms, with a banquet capacity of 72 and a Reception capacity of 100 people.

C. Hearn Located in the rear of the bistro, the Hearn adds 50% more space to the bistro. The Hearn has space to fit from 36-50 people.

E. Acadian Carmel’s Acadian room is used often for receptions and dinners. It is used daily as our breakfast room and with 1300 sq. ft it allows room up to 85 people.

F. Gallery Banquet space located at the top of our staircase across from the Pavilion room. Provides space for 40-55 people with 600 sq. ft.

A. Pavilion Carmel’s Pavilion room is our largest room on property. With 1800 sq. ft. you are able to fit up to 150 people in this banquet space.

D. Garden The Garden room is a poolside banquet space connected to the bistro room. It allows for a nice additional space fitting 30-36 people.

Our rooms can accommodate up to 14 people where you can have your staging area. We are constantly updating our hotel to help make your stay more enjoyable and our quest is

to stay the best! We now have a bridle suite available, complete with Jacuzzi tub and den. Schedule an appointment to get a complete tour. You may see below some of our rooms

Rooms & Suites

KING Room

Our most sold rooms, with a large “turn-down” king-sized bed. These rooms

include amenities such as: refrigerators, cable TV, hair dryer, iron & board, clock

radio with alarm, microwave, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi!

DOUBLE QUEEN Room

A more spacious room with two Queen-sized beds. These rooms

include all of what you would find in a king to accommodate the same great

stay with more space.

KING & TRIPLE Suite

Our nicest rooms on site. Our King suites feature kitchenettes and extra

furniture for more seating room. The triple suite is a connecting suite with 2

Queen beds and one room with a King. This one offers a living room space with

a couch and flat screen TV. These rooms have more space than our other

rooms.
