GENERAL INFORMATION
The Property was constructed in 2000 as a stand-alone multiple layer retail complex with underground parking facilities. The Property comprises a ground floor with main entrance and several smaller retail units. A staircase and two elevators from glass in the middle of the Property give access to the upper floors and the basement with approximately 140 parking places. Both the first as the second floor have additional entrances on the rear and left side of the Property. This is possible because the property is constructed against a slope. The additional entrances are accessible from alternative parking lots.
The redevelopment the Property will comprehend all three retail levels. From the main entrance on the ground floor, the first floors will be made accessible with 6 escalators. The second floor is recently let by Forde-Kuche & Forde Polster. The ground and first floor will be divided into smaller retail units. A few large units will still be available for future tenants. Two large floor units let by Woolworth and C&A are connected by internal escalators from the ground to the first floor.

The property is located in Raisdorf close to Kiel, approximately 100km north of Hamburg . The micro location of the Property can be described as anindustrial/large scale retail area, which is officially called “Gewerbegebiet Raisdorf West”. This area is also ‘Ostseepark Raisdorf’. This is one of the largest retail areas in Germany with approximately 90.000 square meters of retail . The area has been in development since 1967. This area contains a lot of large scaled retail users and has ample outside parking facilities. Amongst the most important users are; Aldi, Real, Lidl, BMW, KIK, Takko, McDonalds, several DIYs, Media Markt and almost 90 other users.
