Recent events, including the global Covid outbreak, have forced workforces worldwide to

change their operating paradigm overnight. Companies that had moved their systems to

the cloud before the pandemic, reaped significant benefits from their progressive strategies.

With a single subscription, you will have access to every Aras Innovator application along with the capability to

customize them to meet your specific requirements. You will also have the capability to build unique solutions on

a cloud native environment with no limits to complexity or size and any and all customizations are guaranteed

upgradable. Furthermore, you will be able to determine when to implement upgrades on your schedule.

The subscription also includes the cloud infrastructure, built on Azure, to power the environment. You have

the option to personalize performance to meet your specific workloads. Aras’ Global Cloud Services team is

dedicated to executing 24x7 operations and day-to-day support of your company’s deployment, delivering to a

strict service level agreement.

Finally, since Aras encourages customizations to meet your specific requirements, we include the Aras DevOps

product which provides standardized tools, utilities, and processes to streamline the DevOps process.

Aras provides a robust and secure cloud infrastructure through

Microsoft Azure. A standardized blueprint is followed to create a set of

environments, tools, and processes for each customer. Infrastructure

sizing is tier-based to ensure the proper performance of the environment.

The high availability production environment is configured to ensure

negligible interruption and multiple location options are available

to provide sufficient performance, regardless of your company’s

geographical footprint.

Each subscriber has a dedicated environment created just for them. Data

will never be located outside your own environment. Having a dedicated

environment allows you to customize and personalize without any

dependencies on factors outside your own deployment.

Additional Enterprise Production Environment Subscription

Customers can select additional production environments for provisioning, managing, and operating in an existing Aras Enterprise Subscription, running on the Aras Cloud.

Additional Enterprise Non-Production Environment Subscription

Customers can select additional, non-production environments (for example for UAT, Staging, or Training) for provisioning, managing, and operating in an existing Aras Enterprise Subscription, running on the Aras Cloud.

Additional Cloud Storage Units Subscription

Includes provisioning and deployment of an additional 5TB (terabytes) of Aras Cloud storage capacity.

Total storage capacity and consumption are monitored and calculated across all environments in an Aras Enterprise Subscription.

Additional Outbound Bandwidth Units Subscription

Includes provisioning and deployment of an additional 2TB/month (terabytes per month) of Aras Cloud bandwidth capacity. Bandwidth refers to data moving in and out of Aras Cloud. All in-bound data transfer is free. Egress data transfer (routed via the Aras Cloud network) contributes to the bandwidth consumption calculation.


With Aras Managed Services, the Aras Global Cloud Services team is

responsible for provisioning, managing, and operating your infrastructure

to support Aras Innovator capabilities. This includes the deployment of

your Build, SIT, UAT, Staging, and Production environments as well as

the Aras DevOps capabilities. Execution of day-to-day operational tasks is

part of the subscription, along with Aras Cloud resource consumption and

availability reporting.
