Install an anti-shock valve coupledwith a pressure gauge, in the pointsof your hydraulic system that needconstant pressure control.
To check the pressure, alternatively,mount a threaded valve (testcoupling) on the system, andconnect the pressure gauge througha flexible micro hose or an adapter.
FUNCTION
The anti-shock valves are normally usedto protect the pressure gauge.
COUPLING WITH THE GAUGE
The anti-shock valve has a femaleconnection for 1/4 "BSP analog pressuregauge, a rotating nut, which allows thepressure gauge to be oriented asrequired. The presence of the OR insidethere (standard in NBR material andregularly supplied) prevents the fluidleakage between the pressure gaugeand the anti-shock valve. Versions withconnection for conical and NPT pressuregauge's thread are also available.
Double function that can beactivated by turning the handwheel
(orange for the carbon steel range,and blue for the stainless steel line):- Dampen the pressure surge during
the opening- Isolate the instrument from the
system’s pressure line
Working pressure: up to 400 bar.
