Our product range is extensive currently with over 50 standard designs available in

various shapes and sizes, for both commercial and residential use. The flexibility of our

operation also allows us to produce imaginative bespoke designs to almost any size or

shape, finished in a vast range of tiles to suit almost any requirements.

You no longer have to compromise your interior design for lack of a suitable model, as all

spas, swim spas and swimming pools can be manufactured in sections for ease of access

into basements, listed buildings and difficult to access areas. They are then joined on site

seamlessly, making almost any project possible.

Using our own unique design, all hydrotherapy massage jets are countersunk

into the spa shell, providing you with maximum massage effect and enhanced

comfort.

Air Ring Injectors.

Air is injected into the

spa water from the air blower

system via our air injection

inlets, stimulating circulation

and providing a revitalising massage experience.

Filter Return Inlets.

To return heated,

treated and filtered water to

the spa also used for foot

massage.

Anti-Vortex Suction.

This feature allows water

to leave the spa safely, without

generating a vortex. Water is

drawn from the spa through

these suctions, and then returned to the spa via

the filtration circuit or hydro massage jets.

Channel Overflow Outlets (Overflow

deck level spas only). Channel outlets

take displaced water back to the balance tank

located under the spa, or in the plant room.

Weir Type Skimmer.

Actively attracts and

removes floating debris from

the spa water surface, keeping

the spa clean. Also removes top

surface of the water for treatment by the

filtration system.

Plumbed Balance Tank (Overflow deck

level spas only). Fully plumbed and

insulated balance tanks are available in standard

sizes or bespoke built for tight spaces. The balance

tank can be located under the spa, or in the plant

room. The water is then drawn from the balance

tank by the filtration pump and returned to the

spa filter return inlets via the filtration system.

Auto Top Up Inlet.

For connection to an

automatic top device to a

mains water source ensuring

water levels are automatically

etc maintained eliminating the requirement of

manual top up.

Epoxy Adhesives

& Grout. All Armadale spas are tiled and

grouted, using the latest technology in modern

flexible epoxy products, resulting in a durable easy

to clean finish.

Spa Light 12V LED.

Create your own stunning

visual effects with a combination

of our LED spa lights, in white

as standard or multi colour

changing systems optional.

Venturi Air Controls.

Air is induced into the

hydro massage jets through

the Venturi Air Controls, which

can be turned on or off. The

induction of air increases the velocity of the water

through the jets and enhances the overall spa

bathing experience.

Dense Polyurethane Foam. Polyurethane

foam is spray applied to the exterior of the

spa shells, for superior insulating properties.

OpTiONal FEaTurESWe can easily add any of the following accessories or modifications to your Armadale spa.

OrNamENTal WaTEr FEaTurESOrnamental water features can be added externally to the spa, creating stunning effects.

Marine Grade Stainless Steel. Highly

polished marine grade Stainless steel

fittings extend the life of the spa, and create a

stunning visual effect.

Stainless Steel Support Structure.

All Armadale spas are completely free

standing and self supporting, using our height

adjustable stainless steel leg support frame.

Stainless Steel Cradle Frame

(large vitality spas, swim spas

& swimming pools). Armadale spas, swim spas and swimming pools can be manufactured with a stainless steel cradle frame allowing a fully self-supporting free standing structure, for above ground or vault type installations also allowing full accessibility for installation and maintenance purposes.

Fibre optic lighting

systems. Controlled

white light or multi colour

changing fibre optic systems

are available with a number

of methods of control, such as DMX making fibre

optics a very versatile type of effect lighting.

Fitted Spa Control

Switches. Armadale Spas

can be fitted with air bellow type

switches or low voltage LED type

switches. Depending on the type

of electronic control panel used, we can install

the relevant type of control switches enabling the

various features such as hydro massage jets, swim

jets, air injection and the spa lighting to be safely

controlled from the spa side by the bather.

Spa Filtration. Spa filtration packs and sys-

tems are available as pre -assembled modular

units known as skid packs, or the appliances can be

provided separately for installation into tight spaces.

These packs can be located under the spa or sited

externally to the spa reducing noise and vibration.

Heat Retention Cover. Armadale can

supply a range of spa and pool covers for

heat retention and safety purposes. From lockable

hard spa covers to electric automatic type systems

all are available to order.

Volcano Air Pad.

Located in the base of the spa, volcano pads are designed for standing

bathers providing a stimulating massage for the lower body.

Water Cannons. Positioned externally

beside the spa or on the top edge of

the spa structure, water cannons available in

a number of different designs massage your

upper body, to remove tension from your neck

and shoulders.

STaNdard FEaTurES Armadale UK products are made to order, to your specification, with the following features as standard.

The massaging action of a spa is created by sending a mixture of warm water

and air through a series of hydro jet nozzles. This energised stream of water

and air loosens tight muscles and stimulates the release of endorphins the

body’s natural pain killer reliving fatigue, tension, rheumatism, and arthritis.

Armadale UK is the only pre fabricated tiled spa manufacturer to have

incorporated countersunk, stainless steel hydro massage jet technology into

their spa range. Countersunk jets deliver optimum comfort, without the usual

proud of the shell jets associated with other methods or prefabricated tiled

spa construction.

As we believe this feature offers such a significant benefit to the spa bathing

experience, we have incorporated it as standard across our entire range. You

can relax peacefully as your worries are massaged away. These innovative jets

maximise the visual effects, and the quality of the overall spa appearance.

choose from, or with our experience and guidance you

may choose from an array of the many beautiful mosaic

Standard Armadale spas can be tiled in 25mm or smaller

mosaics. Large format tiles above 25mm can be used on

bespoke spa designs if required.

manufacturers and importers throughout the UK and

Europe. If you have a particular tile type, design or shade

Freeboard spas are designed for residential or light commercial use. With

over 20 standard models to choose from in various shapes and sizes, you can

be sure of a spa to suit your requirements. These spas can be located above

ground level or below ground level.

With a compact design these spas offer maximum internal water volume and

bather capacity whilst taking up less space than an overflow spa without the

requirement of an external balance tank.

The water level will rise up and down the freeboard area as bathers enter and

exit the spa. Water surface removal is by means of a surface skimmer much

the same as traditional swimming pool construction.

Overflow spa systems have the advantages of total surface water removal

and a constant water depth which is why they are particularly suited to

commercial applications. Bather water displacement is taken up by means of

an externally located balance tank.

Overflow spas are also very popular for the more discerning customer for

residential use as stunning effects can be produced when the spa is in

operation such as infinity drop horizon effects which gives the illusion of the

water surface meeting the sky. Overflow spas also create a calming sound

effect as the water cascades over the top edge of the spa.

Commercial Deck Level Models

Originally designed for heavy commercial use, these spas give total surface

water removal and constant water depth, however the impact they create

both visually and atmospherically, has led to their popularity in residential

applications.

Armadale swim spas are currently available in over ten designs as standard

freeboard or optional overflow systems. With their compact design they

allow you to enjoy the health benefits of a traditional large swimming pool

without the running costs and space requirements.

With their relatively light weight construction Armadale swim spas have

been located on roof tops and balconies in both commercial and residential

applications throughout the UK and Europe.

With powerful counter current swim jets controllable from the spa side, they

accommodate the needs of the casual or more serious swimmer.

They have the added benefit of a spacious seating area incorporating hydro

massage and air injection, resulting in an invigorating swim at one end and a

relaxing hydrotherapy massage at the other.

Swim spa Dual Temperature Models

Swim spas are available with integral spa units allowing the pool side to be

kept at a different temperature than the spa. This allows you to enjoy the

high temperature hydrotherapy effects of the spa, whilst being able to swim

against the swim jets without overheating the body.
