Who are we?

Langdale was formed by Rob Barklamb in January 2008. Rob began his career in recruitment in 1995. Prior to starting Langdale he was Vice President of Operations for a major International Search firm.

Firstly we analyse your needs and agree the brief and solution. Then we identify approach and interview the best people in the market. From there, we work with you to manage the selection process through to a successful conclusion. Finally, we manage the offer, agree start dates, provide summary reports and help with employee transitioning.

In simple terms, Search is most effective where demand for candidates outweighs their ready supply.
