Some Arctic Cat dealers proudly offer advanced services from Certified Catmaster® Technicians. Experts in their craft, these specialists are well versed in Arctic Cat’s emerging technologies to keep your sled in top-notch condition.

For the last 50 years, Arctic Cat has stood for excellence, performance and groundbreaking innovation. And always will. Yet our dominance is not limited to the snow. Arctic Cat also builds the best, toughest ATVs and Prowlers in the industry. This commitment will never waver. Because when you bear the name Arctic Cat, you bear greatness. Arctic cAt. the WAIt IS oVeR.IntroducIng the Procross™ and ProclImb™ chassIs.You’ve been waiting your whole life for these machines. Now they’re here. Sleek. Lightweight. Durable. Precise. And of course, fast as ever. If you thought riding an Arctic Cat® couldn’t get any better, jump on. And feel what race-bred and proven are all about.

Page 3: Brochure

Once you ride this sled, you’re gonna wonder how you rode anything else. Stronger. Lighter. Faster. This all-new ProCross chassis is truly in a league all by itself. Years in the making, the race-bred and proven chassis is a combination of three legendary chassis: the Arctic Cat Sno Pro race chassis, the light and nimble M Chassis and the body-saving Twin Spar™ chassis. Taking the best of all three to create a machine which all others will follow. Or shall we say, try to.

all-new taPered tunnel desIgn The tapered design gives the rider better leg positioning for both stand-up and sit-down riding styles. And the wide running boards with large cutouts provide better foot traction and stability.

trIangulated uPPer sPar assembly The best of both the Twin Spar and Sno Pro, the pyramid-triangulated design increases rigidity with incredible strength and reduced weight. By design, the shock angle delivers all of the trail’s force and energy to the triangulated spars, the strongest points of the chassis.

two-PIece tunnel The all-new two-piece tunnel design, with inner- and outer-formed shells and boxed support structure, adds incredible strength, yet reduces weight.

race-bred and Proven The Sno Pro® chassis has been proven race-in and race-out on the ISOC circuit, as well as on the USCC cross-country circuit. The race chassis and suspension configurations have led to the development of the ProCross chassis.

mountaIn tested The mountain is where legends are born. This is where we’ve tested and challenged the limits. And we’ve applied this knowledge to our new chassis. And once again, we came out on top.

taller sPIndles The new taller spindles incorporate a one-piece forged aluminum design, making them lighter and stronger than previous multipart steel designs.

wIde a-arm sPacIng The wide spacing reduces leverage on the upper A-arm, allowing the use of lighter components to reduce overall weight and lower the center of gravity.

shock alIgnment Shocks aligned with front spars to transfer the impact force to the upper spar assembly for a rigid connection, allowing a smooth and comfortable ride over all types of challenging terrain.

ball JoInts Both simple and high-tech. Fewer friction points and tighter clearances deliver precise steering feedback to the rider with less play or “slop”.

sIngle bell crank steerIngSteering has never been easier. A single bell crank design utilizes fewer components and features ball joints to provide a tighter feel with more precise steering. A tighter turning radius is created by maximizing the throw of the bell crank and ball joints.

30-degree attachment PoInts Triangulated geometry provides increased strength and creates a swept-back attachment point for the front A-arms. This gives the sled a shorter nose for a better approach angle, preventing it from diving directly into holes or ruts.

A SuSpenSIon of epIc pRopoRtIonS.After years of building unmatched, unrivaled race suspensions, you’d think we’d just phone it in, happy to rest on our cushy laurels. Well, the simple, unequivocal answer was “no”. We knew our new Arctic Race Suspension™ had to work perfectly with our new chassis. For a ride so precise. Handling so predictable. Cornering so tight. Not only does our suspension perform in cohesive unity with our chassis, but it also creates a ride so smooth and fluid, it’s as close to riding on air as it gets.

WheRe ADVAnceD StYle AnD DeSIGn meet functIon.Imagination, experience and passion. Our engineers have plenty of it. It’s how these guys designed the lightest, fastest, coolest-looking snowmobile you’ll see on the trail, mountain . . . heck, anywhere the white stuff falls. Long lines, low profile and curves to make any rider blush with dirty snow thoughts. Yet that’s just one part of the equation. From the Torque Control Link™ to our innovative oil tank, every little detail was designed with ride functionality in mind. What does all that mean? In the simplest terms, it means you ride longer, better, faster . . . and look cooler.

aIrFlow The airflow intake allows clean air to flow through the throttle bodies directly into the engine. Specifically located underneath the handlebar, this prevents debris and snow from building up in the intake system.

aerodynamIc desIgn The new aerodynamic design allows airflow into designated areas of the front chassis, allowing wind to “bounce” off the snowmobile. This reduces headwind, resulting in less engine effort, and makes for an overall faster machine, all while maintaining the front-to-back weight distribution.

torQue control lInk the new torque control link connects the engine with the jackshaft, providing a rigid connection of the drive and driven clutches. this rigid connection maintains perfect belt tension and alignment, resulting in longer belt life and savings for you. rubber mounted for adequate vibration dissipation, while keeping the system in perfect alignment.

rmc brake system developed on superbikes, our industry-exclusive radial master cylinder brake system was designed to have less play and more positive feedback. Featuring a hydraulic master cylinder, it provides more responsive braking in all conditions. also, the brake system is on the driveshaft, so if the chain fails, the brakes will still function.

arctIc drIve system™ the new chaincase design is lighter and more tunable. It’s made of magnesium, which is light, yet durable. It allows for a larger driven clutch and longer clutch distance resulting in better belt performance, letting the belt cool properly between clutch contacts.

A single bell crank design utilizes fewer components to provide a tighter feel with more precise steering. And a shorter turning radius is created by maximizing the throw of the bell crank and ball joints. Choose either conventional or vertical steering. The vertical steering (800 Sno Pro & 800 HCR only) handlebar rotates flat rather than rotating down. Better leverage makes it easier to toss the sled from side to side. The vertical steering post also allows you to adjust the height of your handlebar.

TECHNOLOGY SO SMOOTH. AND SO WARM.

THE TWIN SPAR CHASSIS

thE twIN SPar chaSSIS This legendary Twin Spar Chassis was designed to be exceedingly rigid. To achieve this, we used two box-aluminum spars triangulated with the steering supports and tunnel spars. Also, self-piercing rivet construction ensures joint rigidity and long-lasting strength. So you ride longer, harder and faster.

INfINItE rIdEr POSItIONING™ IRP gives any rider the ability to adjust the handlebar and footrests to their own unique riding style. Plus, riders will be comfortably positioned for better control while experiencing minimal fatigue and body stress.

act™ dIaMONd dIrEct drIVE™ Built to withstand harsh conditions, the ACT Diamond Direct Drive planetary gearcase allows lower track speed at clutch engagement without sacrificing top speed. More efficient transfer of power from engine to track means smooth, smooth sailing for you.

awS VII frONt SuSPENSION The AWS VII Front Suspension utilizes A-arms, providing unrivaled handling and cornering, and less rider stress and fatigue.

ENGINE The 4-stroke Turbo engine delivers smooth and efficient snow sailing power. Taken from the turbo performance sled, it’s a 1056cc, 4-valve-per-cylinder engine with 177 horsepower. It also has electronic fuel injection (EFI) for easy starting regardless of elevation or temperature.

2-uP dEtachablE SEat After a 100-mile ride, you just can’t deny the benefits of a good, reliable seat and backrest. Especially on the TZ1 models, where they come with heated seats, passenger hand warmers and passenger hand muffs. And when you want to ride solo, simply turn the latch, lift the detachable passenger seat and it’s off into the great white yonder you go.

dEluxE GauGE The deluxe gauge gives you all the information you need to know when you’re on the trail. It lets you choose between digital and analog speed and tach readouts. There’s also an odometer, two trip meters, engine hour meter, clock, fuel level indicator, altimeter, reverse and warning lights.

SuSPENSION The Slide-Action Rear Suspension incorporates a U-shaped front arm slot that fits over a shaft bolted across the tunnel. This creates a half-inch of sliding movement. The half-inch keeps the front arm from torque locking and helps keep the skis planted during acceleration.

The 4-stroke, twin cylinder engine with EFI releases 1056cc of power. And 100% of pure adrenaline. All with minimal engine braking. Equipped with an ISC control valve, the 1100 zooms like a 2-stroke, but with all the smoothness a 4-stroke is famous for.

Check out the 1100 Turbo. Borrowed from the turbo performance sled, this engine has 4 valves per cylinder, 1056cc with 177 horsepower. EFI parallel twin with dry sump lubrication and 46mm throttle body means smooth, clean 4-stroke power — turbo style.
