DAY 4: CORK (COBH), IRELANDCork is proud of its heritage and known nation-wide for being Ireland’s “foodie capital.” Sprawled about the River Lee and interspersed with bridges, the city center is paved with seventeenth-century streets and alleyways leading to historic and cultural sites, like Saint Fin Barre’s Cathedral and the Youghal Clock Gate Tower.

DAY 5: BANTRY, IRELANDSeated near the head of scenic Bantry Bay, West Cork’s friendly commercial hub attracts artisans and artists to its lively markets and festivals. Bantry town features tidy lanes of traditional shops and restaurants, a colorful waterfront, and numerous heritage walks inviting you to explore the region’s history and rugged natural beauty.

DAY 6: GALWAY, IRELANDGalway sits where the River Corrib meets the Atlantic Ocean. The city’s hub, the eighteenth-century Eyre Square, is surrounded by shops and traditional pubs that often offer live Irish folk music. Nearby, boutiques, art galleries, and stone-clad cafés line the winding lanes of the Latin Quarter, which retains portions of the medieval city walls.

DAY 7: LONDONDERRY, NORTHERN IRELANDThe only completely walled city in the British Isles, Londonderry is home to a burgeoning art and live music scene, as well as the powerful Bogside murals. One of Ireland’s longest continually inhabited places, this cosmopolitan city illustrates its history at the Tower Museum and across the brilliant stained-glass windows of the Gothic-style Guildhall.

DAY 8: BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELANDAs the birthplace of the Titanic and the only city in Ireland to have fully experienced the impact of the Industrial Revolution, Belfast today is polished and re� ned. Ornate Victorian and Edwardian architecture complement the rich culture and character of the city’s classic pubs and gracious gardens.

DAY 9: GLASGOW (GREENOCK), SCOTLAND Scotland’s largest city is a scene-stealing combination of grace and grit, with art galleries, stylish restaurants, world-class concert venues, refurbished eighteenth-century warehouses, and stately Victorian architecture.

DAY 10: DUBLIN, IRELAND Visit Ireland’s famed cosmopolitan capital, Dublin. The largest city in Ireland packs character into neatly lined rows of Georgian buildings, historic monuments, and quaint cobblestone streets. Pop into its trendy taverns, stroll through its many green spaces, or perhaps see the eleventh-century Christ Church Cathedral, one of the city’s two medieval cathedrals.
