I helped Lexmark International transform itself from a printer company to a content and document management solutions provider in just under two years. I was personally responsible for all content and copy in the insurance and financial services vertical markets.
Subsequently, Lexmark has been recognized as a Leader in Gartner’s two recent Magic Quadrant studies.

As mentioned on the previous page, Lexmark was most widely known as a manufacture of inexpensive personal printers. So we had our work cut out for us when it came to creating a buzz around the “:new” Lexmark.
Setting a new course for the future of Xerox.
Xerox is making a similar shift from being primarily a copier and printer company to offer a wider portfolio of software solutions, including workflow automation. Xerox tapped me to write their entire new Xerox Workflow Automation website.
