Each eligible proposal is evaluated by up to three independent road safety experts, who will
be provided a briefing on the UNRSF and the Call by the secretariat.
A maximum of 100
points/project will be awarded.

realistic (consider utilizing theory of change). Emphasize that your project addresses critical needs. Apply the road safety system concept in the GFPA. Show capacity to identify and address risks. Demonstrate that your project is complementary to
existing/upcoming initiatives.
