After the Land Acquisition, our
10 -15 ft land remain, but there
is PWD road on middle of this
land. If possible, that PWD
road is shift to just adjacent to
rail track then we can get plane
and more land to use.
For this case we need
permission from competent
respective authority. Further, it
shall be agreed by all land
owners. It will be sorted out in
consultation with all
concerned.

Due to acquisition of Land, the
local commuter road is
affected, it is request to MRVC
management form the acquire
land we want local road to
travel.
The MRVC will build alternate
road if the existing public road
is acquired for the project.
6. Ramakant Patil

In the Umbarpada Nandade
there is village name Tepecha
pada, there were around 50-60
household situated, after the
land acquisition there will not
be any road to travel theses
pada villagers towards station
which result low connectivity
and transportation hence
requesting MRVC to make an
alternate arrangement for road.
For Land looser family the
railway authority should make
an arrangement for job
placement in railway.
As discussed, if due to Virar-
Dahanu Quadrapuling project
any local road connectivity
affected, then MRVC will
build alternative road in lieu of
existing road.
There is no any kind of
provision in MUTP III policy
for getting job in Railways.
7. Dilip Raul (
Valanwadi, Makunsar)

We have Motor pump, Bore
well, Taki in my own land
being acquired for the project
and this is the only source of
water for us, Hence it is
request to railway authority to
give us permission for laying
water pipe line under the
railway track.
Road to be shifted.
This will be dealt at the time of
land acquisition and joint visit.
8. Indramal Jain (

Due to Land acquisition the
main access or approach road
is affected hence in future
villagers will phase many
challenges in transportation
and accessibility. Hence
railway authority will have to
arrange or identify the
alternative road for villagers.
The MRVC will build alternate
road if the existing public road
is acquired for the project.

There is no road to travel from
east to west, hence requesting
to railway authority to make
and arrangement for alternate
road or subway to travel from
east to west.
DFCCIL is already building
ROB for providing east to
West connectivity. Any
additional connectivity if any
require, it shall be proposed by
the road authority.

If railway authority does not
need for acquisition bore well

In our area people are crossing
railway track for travelling
from East to west or vice a
versa. The crowd is increasing
continuously.
After this project is done then
what about the people who
cross the track.
What about the compensation
for structure or house and Land
and how much is that?
As discussed, if due to Virar-
Dahanu Quadrupling project
any authorised local road
connectivity affected, then
MRVC will construct
alternative road.
Village wise rates has been

There is one gaon devi mandir
(religious structure) in our
village which is going to affect
in the acquisition. Hence
requesting railway authority to
provide alternative land to
construct the mandir or provide
us compensation to construct.
Noted If it is authorised
religious structure, then it will
be rebuild at suitable location
in consultation with local
authorities.
