Lift and shift migration with minimized downtime saving one full day of production for DE Business at Hyderabad. Data Center & Resource migration to newly built site in Cambridge (UK).Designed new data center from scratch. Expertise (ITIL) - Business Practice set up and management including future roadmap/ blueprint, administration of IT assets, and implementation of IT security solutions (as per organizational needs). Successfully rolled out Private Network Cloud for the site. Drove POC for selecting Private Cloud platform, rolled out on demand self-provisioning (ODSP) private cloud. Drove POC for ITSM tools, HP rollout in progress. Lead Touch Interface development for existing product on Windows 8, in collaboration with Microsoft. Designed and implemented Dynamic Test shop concept for New Product Integration and development. Providing platforms for Agile and Waterfall development.
