We are able to satisfy a very wide range of fabric specifications, we are producing from a standard T120 quality to T700 plain sateen using single yarns.

Our facilities are fully integrated between weaving, finishing and confection.

Jacquard weaving factory:Our jacquard looms are equipped with jumbo jacquards and capable to weave up to 3 meters width. Opening new factory in march 2012 with 18 new Picanol looms, Staubli

jacquards.

Air jet weaving factory:Our air jet weaving looms all from Picanol, is already recognized as one of the most

advanced air jet weaving machines for the production of a wide variety of high quality fabrics.

Dobby rappier weaving factory:During the last 2 years we have continued increasing our weaving capacity and

have chosen to go with the new Picanol Optimax technology, the Optimax offers all possibilities for weaving top quality fabrics the performance of the loom talks for itself.

Finishing and dyeing factory

Our in-house Finishing and Dyeing gives us flexibility and better control over our production.

For the dye house we are able to offer the followingYarn dying (reactive, Vat or Disperse)

Fabric dyeing, (reactive, Vat or Disperse)

For Sanforizing, we are able to process wide fabric, 300cm width.

All our continuous processes are for wide fabric.

We have just installed a new stenter which was a max width of 320cm.

Today our total output from the finishing mill is 120,000 running meters per day, we are working on increasing the output to reach 150,000 running meters per day.

Hemming factory

We are now fully automated, with 26 complete lines from TEXPA.We are producing flat sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, table cloths, Napkins,

and kitchen towels , all on our fully automated hemming units. Our unit is consuming 120,000 running meters per day.
