ALE-50-23A BLONDE ALE

Deep gold in colour and brilliantly clear. This blonde ale has just the right balance of soft sweet grain, medium hop flavour and bitterness. Easy drinking and approachable summertime favourite.ABV: 5% IBU: 23 SRM: 5Processing Period: Approximately 14 days

ALE-54-27A BROWN ALE

A dark amber ale with a nutty, toasted malt and toffee-like character. The English variety hops give a low bitterness with a dry finish. Remarkably drinkable and delicious any time of the year.ABV: 5.4% IBU: 27 SRM: 60Processing Period: Approximately 12 days.

IPA-66-62A AMERICAN IPA

A bold American IPA generously hopped with Citra and Mosaic. A firm malt backbone supports the decliciously citrus flavoured hops. This IPA feels as if the hops were freshly squeezed from the vines.ABV: 6.6% IBU: 62 SRM: 10Processing Period: Approximately 12 days

Flavourful malt with chocolate and nutty biscuit character combined with the molasses richness of brown sugar. Signature Warrior and Vanguard hops exhibit bold piney flavours that help round out the balance of the brown ale.ABV: 6.8% IBU: 51 SRM: 29Processing Period: Approximately 14 days.

ALE-52-40A AMERICAN PALE ALE

A refreshing ale with a light caramel malt backbone supported by citrusy Cascade hops. This amber, hoppy, medium-bodied American pale ale is a crowd pleaser.ABV: 5.2% IBU: 40 SRM: 12Processing Period: Approximately 12 days.

Grainy wheat flavour reminiscent of the breakfast of champions but in a delicious liquid form. This beer is a pale straw in colour that pours with a dense rocky white head. The flavour is refreshing and crisp. Perfect for hot days.ABV: 4.6% IBU: 26 SRM: 5Processing Period: Approximately 16 days.

POR-69-33A ROBUST PORTER

A milder approach to a robust porter. Complex malt character that exhibits caramel and toffee notes. English hop flavour is moderate yet balances the malts. A palette pleasing porter perfect for cool evenings.ABV: 6.9% IBU: 33 SRM: 28Processing Period: Approximately 16 days.

RIS-100-80A RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT

Deep, dark intensely rich malt with a decadently smooth velvety texture. Complimentary bitterness rounds out the rich and lush malt. Drink up and bring out the Czar in you.ABV: 10% IBU: 80 SRM: 66Processing Period: Approximately 45-60 days. Flavour improves with aging.

All craft beer are only available in quantities of 2.5 gallons (9.46 litres) per unit of order currently. Beer will be delivered in 3 or 5 gallon kegs based on availability and order volume. Please place you order well in advance to ensure sufficient time for production.
