Spain, in which one or more bulls are baited in a bullring for sport and entertainment. It is often called a blood sport by its detractors but followers of the spectacle regard it as a fine art and not a sport as there are no elements of competition in the proceedings.

Soccer-Soccer is the national sport of Spain. Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are the two most famous teams, that have fans not only in Spain, but all over the world. As a matter of fact, Madrid alone is home to three major soccer teams and they are Real Madrid, Atletico de Madrid, and Rayo Vallecano.

Clubbing- Going out and partying is in the Spanish blood. Spanish nightlife, especially in Madrid, is legendary. What's more, it isn't a preserve of the young - there is a part of town for every age group and every taste. Just remember one thing - you have to go out very late - if you're in the bars before 10pm, you'll be drinking alone.

1. The jota is a quick Spanish folk dance that originated in Aragon, located in northern Spain. It existed since the 18th century, and the male and female dancers wear traditional regional clothing. The dance can be performed in festivals and funerals and are danced to songs that range in themes from patriotism to love and marriage.

2. Las Sevillanas is a type of music and dance that originated in the southern region of Seville. It is a slow dance like the flamenco that is usually accompanied by guitar, and songs are about the countryside, the city of Seville and love. Other instruments may include the tambourine, flute, castanet, or a small drum.

3. The folk art of Spain is a blend of all the other cultures they have ever had contact with. It has been used to court lovers, entertain children and honor the people who have lived before them. It is a good way for those people to express their desires, their spirituality as well as connection with the social and physical word. Many of the artworks were created to satisfy practical needs, but many decorate their work with patterns, symbols and imagery that varies by region.

Social population- throughout Spanish history, the population has been very social which lead to the creation of their various dances.

Isolation- there are 19 autonomous communities including Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, and three small Spanish possessions off the coast of Morocco - Islas Chafarinas, Penon de Alhucemas, and Penon de Velez de la Gomera. This caused diversity in Spanish folk culture.

Terrain- large, flat to dissected plateau surrounded by rugged hills; Pyrenees in north influence agriculture.
