Assist Owner/Principal in working with Royalty Owners and Working Interest Owners to resolve issues of regarding Division Order s and their interest. . This pertains to calculations of owner’s interest and questions which pertain to owner’s checks and comparison of revenue and production records. Review all documents which affect owner’s interest and ownership, Leases, Contracts, Operating Agreements, Title Opinions and Division Orders. Assist Owner/Principal with questions regarding the Board of American Royalty Council and Texas Royalty Council.

Analyze Title Opinions, Land Contracts, Operating Agreements, and oil & gas leases, Examine Curative and all legal documents relating to ownership in properties. This is to ensure that all Divisions of interest are correct with Companies involved.

Assist Companies with any and all ownership changes for Billing and Revenue. This involves working with Revenue and Accounts Receivable Departments to resolve issues with all interest owners.

PLAINS ALL AMERICAN April 2013 –August 2014Senior Division Order Analyst – Houston Texas

The primary responsibility for the Division Order Analyst with Plains Marketing is to ensure that all new and old accounts are set up and maintained correctly.

Review LIDS report to set up or change new operators with new properties to set up in our system. Obtain Title from new Operator or Paysheet with their approval of ownership. Maintain changes in ownership in all properties that we purchase for and update them in a timely manner. Handle any curative issues that are presented to us as purchaser, ensure that we work with Operator on Requirements and their Title Attorney to cure these items. Worked all states/aeas including Louisiana, Texas, Rocky Mountains and West Virginia.

Set up and issued New Division Orders when upon advice of Marketing. This involved 50 to100 new properties for our system .

Apply knowledge and understanding of standard oil & gas leases, Joint Operating Agreements, Letter Agreements, Contracts, Gas marketing Arrangements and other common land agreements involving Chain of Title.

Perform title research to resolve interest owner problems requiring strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Handle any/all calls for your area and resolve problems for the owner doing your best to assist them in resolving their issues.

Work with Marketing to resolve issues between Operators and Plains as to effective dates with change in marketing agreements, and provide New Operators with information.

Work to clear old suspense items being held on prior funds under old owners and operators to prevent future problems withowner and escheat for the coming year. Clear previously held funds by ensuring that correct Division Orders are issued accurately reflecting Company’s position.

Contracted address issues affecting acquisition properties acquired by Apache within the past 5 years. Review ownership on Joint Interest Billings and Revenue Division of Interest set up, ensure ownership is correctly listed on all wells and make corrections where necessary.

Closely analyze and review land files, check the imaging system for correct chain of title and verify burden groups are set up correctly.
