Use ORGANIC fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds,

    and pure living filtered water.

Vita-Mix Quick and Easy Anti-Aging Smoothies.

Put all of the following recipes in the Professional Series

Vita-Mix and blend a few seconds. Its fast and nutritious!

Many of my recipes call for sprouts. Use a variety of sprouts

including sunflower sprouts, buckwheat sprouts, clover sprouts,

broccoli sprouts, radish sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, mung bean

sprouts or any other sprout of your choice.

    All sprouts are LIVING FOODS!

For an extra punch of nutrition add a teaspoon or more

of E3 Live Superfood to any smoothie.

Botanical Medica Raw Coconut Oil is the one I prefer and use in

all of my recipes. It is processed with the highest integrity at a

very low heat so youre getting the ultimate health benefits.

    2

    fig date custard

    2 cups dates pitted

(soaked overnight in 2 cups water

    and drained)

1 cup date juice(the water poured off the soaked dates)

    3 cups dried figs

(soaked overnight in 2 cups water

    and drained)

1 Tbs. vanilla extract (non-alcohol type)

    1 cup raw tahini

1 cup chopped almonds(soaked overnight in 3 cups water

    and drained)

Pour the water off the almonds, then put the almonds in the

food processor and chop until they are in small chunky bits and

set aside. Blend figs, dates, vanilla, tahini and date juice in food

processor until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the date

juice until you reach the desired consistency. It should be thetexture of a rich and creamy pudding. Serve in small cups and

sprinkle with chopped almonds. This is very rich, so go easy on

    the amount you eat.
