Brüel Systems thinks of the future! The hygiene of boxes is a major consid-eration within the food industry, which is why brüel is committed to continuously improve our drying results. Recently Brüel has developed a spin dryer which is designed to meet the highest hygiene standards. Within few seconds optimum dryness is achieved using a minimum of energy. The provision of high efficiency combined with energy savings makes the spin dryer a highly cost efficient and environmentally friendly solution.
Drying step by step... ■ In-feed: The foldable boxes are positioned on the in-feed conveyor in stacks of up to 460 mm in height. The stack is fed to the drying cabinet by means of the in-feed conveyor. The carrier pins of the conveyor secure the stack transport. Optional: Automatic handling equip- ment is available — the in-feed system pictured is an in-feed connection mod- ule with automatic stack pusher.
■ Drying: Once the stack is posi- tioned on the rotor plate, the cage is lowered to secure the stack during the drying process. When the cage is locked with the rotor plate, the drying process can start.
■ Out-feed: The dry stack is eventu- ally pushed onto the out-feed con- veyor as the next stack enters the
