A 56-day double-blind, randomized placebo-controlled clinical trial measuring physical parameters and quality of life issues was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a 200 mg/day dose of AlvioLife. It reported some exciting results.

Protection Against the Environment

Exposure to Environmental Stimuli was significantly improved on days 28 and 56 (p<0.005) in AlvioLife group compared to the placebo group.

Better Quality of Life

Emotional Function Score was significantly improved on day 14 (p<0.05) and days 28 and 56 (p<0.005) in AlvioLife group compared to the placebo group

Activity Limitation Score was significantly improved on day 14 (p<0.05), and further improved on days 28 and 56 (p<0.005) in the AlvioLife group compared to the placebo group

Better Breathing

Peak Expiratory Flow (L/min) was significantly improved on day 56 in the AlvioLife group compared to the placebo (p<0.05)

Expiratory Volume 1 (FEV1) was improved on day 56 in AlvioLife group, but not in the placebo group
