This young 23-year-old patient was very symptomatic with her enlarged breasts. She wished to be reduced from a 34DD to a large C cup. During breast reduction surgery, we removed 350 gm from the left breast and 300 gm from the right breast. She is very happy with her result.
Corrective Breast Surgeries Dr. Kachenmiester
This 65-year-old patient had previous breast augmentation performed by an ear, nose, and throat surgeon who called himself a plastic surgeon. Her implants were obviously too low with a typical bottoming out appearance. We were able to replace her saline implants with silicone breast implants and performed repair of the inferior portion of the implant pocket thus elevating the implants into a more normal position and giving her better cleavage and upper breast fullness. She is very happy with her results.
