Traditionally those shows are presented by two people-a male and a female. In between news reports they discuss major news stories, reviews of the day's papers, and entertainment news that includes celebrities and such.
Morning shows are presented in light and
easy- going manner in order to set the viewers in a good mood for the day.

All breakfast shows around the world tend to have a guest speaker each show ,where he/she speaks on a specific topic concerning social issues or just giving tips.
That makes breakfast shows more interesting and different from any other news report later in a the day.
In American and Canadian breakfast shows celebrity guests aren’t rare at all which is
different from Russia. When celebrity guests come on shows in Canada,
they most often reminisce about their career in general, or are promoting charitable causes. This differs from the American standard of appearing to promote new movies or television series.

The Russian breakfast program on channel 1 started broadcasting since 1986. Some say that it’s a symbol of change on television.
The age of viewers range from teenagers to old people . The main point of this program is invigorate people by giving them useful and practical information.
The statistics done by superjob.ru say that “good morning” has one of the highest ratings in all the morning shows. The research was made in 2008.

“Breakfast” (also referred to as TVNZ's Breakfast), is a New Zealandmorning news and talk show airing weekday mornings on TV ONE, produced by ONE News. Debuting on August 11, 1997, it was the first of its genre in New Zealand. Originally a two hour show, it has expanded to include a Saturday edition. The weekday broadcasts have also been expanded, by half an hour.
“Breakfast” show was at first challenged by the other networks until 2008, when TV3 launched Sunrise. “Sunrise” struggled against “breakfast“until 2008when it went off air because of finance issues in April 2010 leaving Breakfastthe only morning news and talk show in New Zealand again. “Breakfast” is on a current streak of being the highest-rated morning news and talk show every week since August 11, 1997.
