She’s also missing out on the best
part of an egg by only eating the
white. Egg yolk is full of energy-
boosting iron and B vitamins,
as well as containing calcium,
protective antioxidants and healthy
unsaturated fats. Including a
broader range of protein, such as
salmon, lentils or hummus, would
help to increase omega-3 levels
which is important for great skin
and hair, as well as supporting
heart health. There’s also some
hidden sugar creeping in with the
banana, agave and white wine, not
to mention the biscuits!’
