Bake in a covered pot in a 475 degree oven for 38 minutes. Remove cover. Bake an additional 8 minutes. Let rest for 20 minutes before cutring. WALNUT-BASIL PESTO • 2-1/2 cups fresh basil • 1/4 cup grated parmesan • 1 tsp chopped garlic • 1/2 cup olive oil • 1/8 cup toasted walnuts HOW?
