BRC STANDARDS FOR CONSUMER PRODUCTSThis standard was revised in 2016, focusing on the need for recognition for thediversity of products included within Consumer Products. This making it easier to implement to a wider range. In order to do this effectively BRC divided the standard into two versions:BRC Global Standard for Consumer Products – GENERAL MERCHANDISEBRC Global Standard for Consumer Products – PERSONAL CARE AND HOUSEHOLDBoth of the standards can be certifi cated at either Foundation Level or atHigher Level. It is in our interest to ensure that you achieve the highest gradepossible however we cannot guarantee the Higher Level as this can be affected by anumber of factors such as site specifi c issues.Global QA Consultants have worked with a wide range of organisations,implementing BRC Consumer Products and provide all existing and new clientsa 100% guarantee of success. you say you are doing!

The assessment process can be daunting to those experiencing it for the fi rst time. Your consultant will attend during the audit and help you to point your assessor in the direction of the evidence they are seeking.

Initial meeting with you tounderstand your organisationand its needs:We like to meet at your site – no obligation or cost involved. We need to fi nd out what you do, establish the scope of the certifi cation which will then enable us to provide you with a quotation for our services.

Consultant AssignedA dedicated consultant is assigned to your project. They will: interact withdirectors, management and personnel. Convert your shared knowledge into a working quality management system. Provide in-house training on all elements of the system. Make regularvisits on-site to advise on structured implementationand how to generate evidence that you are working to the system.Assess the compliance of your existing processes andprocedures against the Standard advising accordingly on any changes or additions that need to be made. These are tried and tested, simple and effective management controls avoiding unnecessary systems and paperwork.

QMS Documentation

Your consultant will work to improve your business and eliminate unnecessary paperwork. They will assist in producing essential documented information in order to provide evidence that you are working to the system for continual improvement, training and assessmentpurposes.
