Brandon Wright is an exceptional therapist and even better person. His dedication to American Senior Communities, his team, the residents and family members of Zionsville Meadows makes him a strong candidate for this award. Consistently going above and beyond to facilitate a Culture of C.A.R.E, Brandon approaches each interaction with intent and purpose. He provides a personalized experience that leaves each person he interacts with feeling empowered and energized. This characteristic was put to the ultimate test during COVID-19. Brandon played an integral part in establishing protocols, maintaining and enforcing infection control standards and setting up communication pathways to ensure the staff and residents received all that was needed. Brandon’s dedication to his profession and the Zionsville Meadows family — both staff and residents alike — was demonstrated well before COVID hit. Brandon loved sports growing up, playing basketball and rugby. He loves 90s country music which he now enjoys with his seven year old son.
