CAUTIONBrandon Payne is wanted for his alleged involvement in an armed take-over style bank robbery in Valley Grande,Alabama. On September 13, 2007, Payne is alleged to have been a getaway driver for three robbers who stormed aPeoples Bank and Trust at approximately 10:14 am. The robbers brandished weapons and obtained several thousandsof dollars. The robbers were apprehended and subsequently pled guilty to the crime. They are currently serving time inprison. However, Payne remains at large.On February 2, 2009, Payne was indicted in absentia by the United States District Court, Southern District of Alabama, ontwo counts related to the bank robbery. That same day, a federal warrant was issued for Payne's arrest.
