These guidelines apply to all Brink retailers, fitting partners, and distributors. As such you represent the Brink brand and by following these guidelines you will help to protect and benefit from the strength and integrity of the Brink brand. Brink Group reserves the right to withdraw the permission to use our intellectual property rights such as photographs, images and logos, if these guidelines are not followed.

You may use the Brink trademark and logos provided that you follow these guidelines, use the trademarks in a respectful manner and do not mislead customers.

The wordmark Brink

Correct use• When using the trademark Brink, set it apart from the

surrounding text by capitalizing the first letter in Brink or capitalizing the entire word: BRINK

• Use the Brink trademark in connection to Brink products only when naming specific Brink products, alsways put the name Brink before the product name, for example Brink BMA

Incorrect use• Use Brink as a noun or in a way that suggests a common,

descriptive or generic meaning• Use of Brink in variants, transliteration or abbreviations • Use of Brink in a manner that implies the Brink Group’s affiliation

with or endorsement of sponsorship or support of a third party product or service

• Incorporation of Brink into your own registered or non-registered company name, service name, trademark, logo or domain name

• Placement of your company name, trademarks, service marks or product names next to or together with Brink or the Brink product name in such a way that it appears that Brink is legally associated with your company

Correct use• Use the Brink logo as provided by the Brink Group • The logo must always have a free zone surrounding it, which is

half the height of the logo’s black square background

The copyright of all materials, including but not limited to photographs, images and videos created by Brink, is owned by the Brink Group. You may not use any copyrighted material without the prior written consent of the Brink Group. If you have consent, you must never use Brink copyrights in a way that overshadows your own logo, reseller logo, or imagery, in terms of their size or position. If you wish to receive consent to use Brink copyrighted material, speak to your contact person at Brink Group.

Correct useUse of Brink copyrighted materials such as photographs as provided to you by Brink for the purpose of selling, marketing, advertising or otherwise promoting Brink products, provided that you clearly indicate that you are a reseller of Brink products and that your contact details are prominently displayed.

Social media communication must represent your company or store, not Brink. Do not use the Brink logo or other materials for which the Brink Group owns the copyright in social media.

Correct use• Linking or referring to official Brink webpages from your own

page or website, as long as it is clear that you are linking visitors to official Brink webpages

• Including a description or note explaining that the webpage which is displayed or linked to, is produced by and its copyright is owned by the Brink Group

All of our designs and concepts such as catalogs, manuals, posters and methods of displaying products and our logo are considered to be trade supporting materials and embody the Brink brand. As with your website and other materials it is important that customers understand that you are an independent entity that sells products that originate from Brink and that you are not representing Brink or Brink Group itself. Therefore it is also important that you always make this clear in your store design and when you promote the Brink brand. Unless you have a specific agreement which gives you permission to do so, you are not authorized to use any of Brink’s

intellectual property rights in relation to store design, stickers on cars or give-away products, such as clothes and pens. If you would like to have permission to do so or if you have any questions in relation to this, please speak to your contact person at Brink Group.
