1.0 BRAINTRIBE ACADEMY

1.1 Introduction

Success in the digital world not only requires the right solution, but also well-trained personnel. As Braintribe is fully focused on doing business with partners, our goal is to provide them with the best possible support for obtaining the respective knowledge and capabilities. Pre-sales people at partner companies must be able to identify stra-tegic essentials from the very beginning and be able to provide the right answers to the customer’s requirements.

Technical employees must be enabled to design and implement projects as well as to support tribefire solutions throughout their life cycle and ensure the necessary attention from within the entire organization. To do so, our technical courses address technicians of partner companies as well end-customers.

Attending a tribefire training course makes sure that you obtain all the required knowl-edge, understanding and skills of “how to tribefire”. Through these courses, we will enable you to become a tribefire professional, ensuring that you receive the maximum benefits possible when engaging with tribefire in a professional environment. 1.2 Braintribe Academy Program

The Braintribe Academy program offers two different tracks:

The “Pre-Sales Track” addresses Braintribe’s partner companies and provides cours-es and respective certifications for pre-sales people.

The “Technical Track” is intended for both partners and end-customers. It covers tribefire’s basic technical principles as well as pursuing development-related topics – again, offered with the respective certifications.

The Pre-Sales Track addresses pre-sales people at Braintribe’s partner companies. The course also offers the opportunity of obtaining the “tribefire Pre-Sales Profession-al” certification, awarded on the successful completion of its respective online exam.

2.1.1.3 Certification

Benefits

With this optional certification you let your customers know that you are a tribefire spe-cialist, able to provide the best solution to your customers. You will also have access to additional pre-sales materials and will receive extra support from Braintribe’s pre-sales department when you are dealing with your first opportunities.

After the Pre-Sales Course, the attendees will be offered the chance to complete an on-line exam to become a certified “tribefire Pre-Sales Profession-al”


2.2 TECHNICAL TRACK

This track of the Braintribe Academy program addresses technicians of both partners and end-customers. The “Basic Course” offers knowledge about tribefire, and how to design and implement tribefire projects of low and medium complexity. By taking a practical, use case oriented exam the attendees have the possibility of becoming a certified “tribefire Engineer”. The “Developer Course” takes a deeper dive into the technical area of tribefire development. After this module an attendee can become a certified “tribefire Developer” by completing the respective practical developer exam.


2.2.1 tribefire Basic Course

This module is the basic technical course for tribefire. During this course, attendees will learn the basic functionality of tribefire. After finishing this course, attendees will be able to design and implement solutions of low and medium complexity.

This certification is optional but provides additional value: being certified as a tribefire Engineer, you prove that you are a professional in designing and implementing tribefire solutions. Furthermore, you will receive extra support from Braintribe’s specialists for your first few projects/POCs.

After the course attendees can take a practical exam, which will require them to setup a tribe-fire system of medium com-plexity, according to certain re-quirements. By completing this exam, they will be certified as a “tribefire Engineer”.


2.2.2 tribefire Developer Course

After the Basic Course this module offers a specialization in the area of tribefire develop-ment. Thereby, it will cover the usage of the tribefire APIs as well as advanced topics like process modeling.

The basic idea behind tribefire is its 3-tier architecture with loosely coupled layers. This free online course provides an overview about this approach and and shows how you can benefit from it.

3.2 The tribefire REST API

One of the big advantages of tribefire is that it provides standardized APIs out of the box. They make it very easy to create, read and update data provided by tribefire from your applications. This free course gives an overview about tribeifire’s Rest API as well as the overall structure of REST calls and also shows some examples.
