We’re opening our gates to the public

to show our appreciation for everyone’s

support. Here’s what’s going on.

• The Trans Am Series Presented by Pirelli

will be on the road course for two days

of racing, including a pair of 100-mile

races on Sunday called the Jed Copham

Memorial Race.

• The Sports Car Club of America will be on

the road course as well.

• The First Responders Appreciation Day

on Saturday will feature First Responders

and their firetrucks, ambulances, rescue

vehicles and helicopters from around

the state.

• PleasureLand RV Center will have

200 RVs and campers for sale on site

Wednesday-Saturday.

There’s nothing more exhilarating than the feeling of an 11,000-horsepower Funny Car rumbling past you at 330 mph. It’s the best drag racing on the planet, and it comes to BIR for the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals. An addition to the lineup this year is the super entertaining Pro Mod and Mountain Motor Pro Stock classes. The Mickey Thompson Tires NHRA Top Fuel Harley Drag Racing Series will be back again as well. Every ticket includes a pit pass and camping is a must! Discounted advance tickets are available through July 15. MegaWeek starts Aug. 6 and includes Thunder at the Lakes and Nationals.
