Log in to your MLS. Click My Matrix, then Settings, then Custom Exports.
Click Add Export.
To utilize the ClickFORMS MLS service with this MLS, you must first setup your account to export in the correct format. Once you’ve created a customized export format, you can then export your searches.

Type “CFMLS“ as the export name and add these fields from the Available Fields Column to the Export Fields Column. Make sure the separator is set for Tab. When finished, click Save.
After clicking Save, you should be brought back to this screen. You should see “CFMLS“.Click Done.

Run a search of a market you’d like to analyze. You can include all records (Active, Sold, Pending, Expired, Withdrawn, cancelled) in your search if desired. To ensure you capture all relevant records, you should use all records with a list date within 24 months or all records that closed within the past 12 months — whichever works best for you. When your search results appear, click Check All.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Export.
Select “CFMLS” as the export format, then click Export.
When the file download window pops up, click Save.
Select a memorable location (such as your Desktop) to save the file, and give it a name. Click Save.
When the download is complete, click Close.You can now upload your search to ClickFORMS Application.
