CAD Conversion, Vectorisation using SolidWorks, AutoCAD & Pro Engineer. Conversion of legacy Cad data (2D drawings) into 3 Dimensional solid models. This conversion is normally done using the best in class 3D modeling software Solid Works & Pro- E. Also in case of the legacy drawings being in the form of tracing sheets or blue prints they can also be converted either directly drafting it into CAD format using auto cad or can be scanned to image files and then the image files can then be converted to vector format. This Vectorisation is done using software like Scan 2CAD, Master cam raster to vector. 2D Drawing Automation Developing conceptual ideas to full product design complete with all manufacturing inputs for products such as Plastics, Automotive, Industrial Safety, Consumer Electronics and so on. We also offer manufacturing support for product in Product Manufacturing. 3D Modeling, Advanced Surfacing Conversion of files of IGES format having only surface entities to 3D Solid models. This is required for analysis like FEA. In case of molds and castings, this helps in checking for draft angles and highlights mistakes like negative draft.
