Compensation survey on the NALA web site will be closed at the end of next week. Conducted every two years since
1986, this is the most extensive survey of paralegals. If you have not done so already, please complete the form!
Questions cover educational backgrounds, work environments, duties, and responsibilities as well as billing and

Brevard County Fire Rescue Department

Brevard County Fire Rescue offers a full range of fire suppression, advanced life support emergency
medical services, public education, inspection, and special response team services throughout the
communities in Brevard County. Their goal is to educate the community about the department and
hope that we find it interesting and informative.
Brevard County Fire Rescue is the largest Fire Rescue Service in Brevard County and one of the largestin the State of Florida. Currently Brevard County Fire Rescue has 535 employed firefighters and
support staff, and more than 250 volunteers. These personnel respond to calls for assistance from 31
fire stations throughout Brevard County.
BREVARD COUNTY FIRE/RESCUE MISSION: The mission of Brevard County Fire Rescue is to
protect the health, lives and property of the citizens of Brevard County by professionally providing
emergency fire and medical response, public safety education and fire prevention services.
The Brevard County Fire Rescue Department is currently seeking donations for the fire
departments Smoke Detector Fund. Their giveaway program is intended for those less fortunate and unable to
purchase and/or install the detectors through conventional means. The intent is to ensure that at least one
working smoke detector is installed in each Brevard County home. To help provide those less fortunate with
smoke alarms in their homes, please bring a battery powered smoke detector to the
September meeting.
