On my way home, I rode the bus, as I always do and sat on my usual seat.

Only one bus goes to my place so somehow I got a regular seat on it...

The busdriver stood up and faced his passengers..

He was scratching his head..

I didn't go down because I hate the sudden temperature change when getting off an aircon bus...

I stayed on my seat and sent my mom a message so she wouldn't worry...

All the other passengers went down except for the passenger on the opposite row..

I noticed he always sits there alone every afternoon..

He's wearing the BCE Highschool(Not my scool; Popular school) uniform...

He always stares outside the window and has his earphones plugged..

Now that we're the only passengers on, I can actually hear his music...

I found myself staring at him.. He had a straight face on... No emotions

I gave my mom a tight hug and kissed her...

She's always like this... She cries then when I try to comfort her, she turns

I went to my room and combed my hair.. As I was looking at my reflection

infront of the mirror.. I remembered what that jerk said...

I started crying... This is one thing I got from my mom.. Whenever I need to saysomething that requires a lot of force or emotions, my eyes would feel warm

then it gets teary..

I wiped my tears with my sleeves..

"Something went into my eyes.. Excuse me.. I need to go now.."

I startled... I looked at the floor to see what fell.. and I saw his phone on theground moving...

It was vibrating on the table and I didn't notice so it fell..

I picked it up and saw..

"7 MISSED CALLS"

'Seven calls?'... Then it vibrated again...

"Kysha.. Are you alright!?"

"Omo! Oppa? Why? Yes, I'm alright."

"Kysha..."

"Mm?..."

"Mianhe..."

That word sent electricity through my spine!... I couldn't answer him... but I

think he realized my long pause so he started talking again...

"I'm sorry if I offended you in any way..."

"O-oppa.. It's alright..."

"Really? So your not upset anymore?"

"Eung!"

"Then I'm relieved."

"ahmm.. Oppa, c-can I be vulgar now? This will be the last time I promise..."

I took a deep breath..

"Ever since I was little, my mom taught me to be honest.. always! by all

means...She said that lying won't bring any good... Maybe for a short while it would

Of course back then I didn't understand what she was saying.. but now ...

I'm not sure if the world would be better without lies... but I can say that right

with it being domehow surrounded with dishonesties, I like it...I consider lies as part of life... It's like the challenges we face.. They keep

coming

but we have to stay strong and trust in our faith."

"Neh..^_^)".. I felt his smile.. I don't know, but somehow I know that he

I went to school with a big smile on my face that I couldn't hide!

On my way to school, I was skipping and jumping!

I don't know, I was just soooo happy!

I went inside my classroom... My classmates were staring at me as I entered...

They had these dirty smile on...

I went to my seat and saw a rose on top of my table!

I blushed!... and my classmates were all "EEeeEEhhh!!!"

I sat down and read the note ribboned on it....

"I enjoyed out looooong conversation.

My whole day went by quickly... In some of my subjects, I was inspired so I

participated and listened...

but with the rest, I was just preoccupied by the rose...^^

In general, school was fuuuun... ^_^)

After class, I ran to the bus stop and when the bus came, I ran inside and sat

beside Jiyong oppa...

I went to school.. It's a Monday.. This Valentines would be a little special in our

school

since the officers were given 2 days to prepare for it...

The classrooms turned into Valentines booths... Classes are suspended for

today

and the booths would be working all day...

All students are required to work on the booth assigned to their class...

but students will be working in shifts...

My shift will be later this afternoon, so this morning, me and my friends will

be looking around...

We've been in 6 booths.. Marriage booth, Kissing booth, Love Fortune booth,

Kiss or Pay booth, Couple booth, Cupid's Arrow booth..

There are many outsiders(not student or faculty of my school), mostly couples,

who are enjoying the booths...

My friend elbowed me..."Next stop, Boyfriend for Rent booth! Omo! This is

interesting! Right Kysh?"

back.

i turned my head! OMG! Did I hear that right!? Jiyong!?

I saw an angel standing behind me... Wait! He's a dragon,

but why does he look like an angel right now!?

"O-oppa.. " I smiled.."Where have you been?".. Okay let's just go with it...

I blushed... My friend was staring at Jiyong.. and so were the other girls

The four of us(Mia and boyfriend; me and the dragon) toured around the

campus...

I left my friends but promised to explain everything tomorrow....

We entered a couple of booth and went to the canteen to eat...

I sat beside Jiyong; Mia and his boyfriend sat on the opposite side....

Every time I looked at Mia, she had a weird expression on her face... Hahaha!

Finally, after all these

years of suffering her nonstop bragging about guys courting her... 'GOTCHA!'

Since I was enjoying the look on her face, I help Jiyong's hand then leaned my

head on his shoulder...

He looked at me... I winked at him like 'Just go with it!'..

He let go of my hand and placed his hand on my waist.. Then he whispered to

my ear...

"Saranghae..."

My heart started to pump fast and its getting stronger that I can hear my

heartbeat!

Can he hear it too?.. I got up but Jiyong held my hand again... He winked at me!

I gave him a fake smile then looked away...

My mind is now holding a debate... 'Stop! Remember, your heart might not be

ableto take it!' versus 'I'm willing to take the risk! What if this never happens

again?!'....

After eating, we continued touring the campus...

Mia was pointing at 'Catch Me if You Can' booth.... It's inside the covered

court...

I looked at Jiyong, he nodded..

"Eung!"

We entered the booth.. Surprisingly, there were many couples inside..They're all joining the competition... Hmm...

The student incharge of the booth gave the instructions..

"First round: The instructions for this game is simple.. Girls will be staying on

the

bleachers and the boys here on the floor... partners face each other.. In 60

seconds,

the girls will be throwing balls and the boys must catch them... If the boys catch

atleast 40,

the couple will proceed to the next round."

"Couples! REady!? Hana-dul-set!"

GAME STARTS:

I threw the balls as if I was throwing my feelings to Jiyong!

Jiyong-ah! here's my love! Catch it! Catch it!....

I looked at him and I saw how serious he was! I almost laughed out loud... but

somehow

he made me happy... It was as if he was catching all my love for him! ...'Oppa!

Game ends...

"The couples who will be going to the next are....

(mentions names of couples..) ... and Ky-yong with 59 balls!"

"Round 2: The serenade round! Either the girl or the boy can serenade

their partner... The eliminated couples will be choosing the top 3 serenades..

Okay, couples you'll be given 5 minutes to prepare for this round.."

"Jiyong-ah, I'll sing for you, araso?" ... He was panting... I laughed...

"Jiyong-ah, relax okay? Don't take it too seriously!"... He smiled...

The serenade started... now it's my turn...

"Girls will be standing on the stage... guys will be staying on the floor...

Whoever does the 'BEST CATCH' wins!...
