There has been a serious demand for intermittent movement of packages in the industries right from the start. Though the continuous movement is more or less important in the samefield the sporadic motion hasbecome essential .The objective ofour project is to produce a mechanism that delivers this stop and move motion using mechanical linkages. The advantage of our system over the conveyor system is that the system has a time delay between moving packages and this delay can be used to introduce any alterations in the package or move the package for any other purpose and likewise. IntroductionThe aim of this project is to fabricate the box moving mechanism, which can make easier to move boxes from one section to the other while processing in the factories.

AimFabricate a Box transport mechanism which can move things from one place to anotherUnderstand project planning and execution.Understand the fabrication techniques in a mechanical workshop.Understand the usage of various mechanical machine tools and also measuring tools.

Objective

i am working on this for my project. so i need some description about it.

how did you decide the dimensions of the links to be used in this mechanism,i mean if the arm is say 5 units then the rocker arm has to be 10 units but not 9 or 11 units??

Summary of the inventionThe purpose of this invention is to address the shortcomings of conventional transport mechanism, and thus to provide a transport mechanism that has a long Board and Y-direction of slide rail in which the long Panel and Y-direction of the Guide are just one piece. In the transport mechanism, a long Panel that operates the top anchor Board to move along the x-direction also functioned as a Y-direction of the guide rail, thus a separate Y-direction of a guide is required. At the same time as the drive motor and other electrical components are fixed on the bracket, and not on the guide rail, therefore, the weight of the moving parts, decreasing and motion of electric wires being avoided. Thus, the reliability of the car is improving in its entirety. Under such a structure, the structure of the entire mechanism in a simplified and accurate positioning of the upper and lower anchor plates, as well as detective precision of the sample are improving.
