2. Order Placement We operate on a drop ship system. When an order is made, you will receive an email with a 5-digit B&B Order Number, shipping address, and other necessary information to alert you of the order. 3. View Orders in Vendor Portal However, emails are not 100 percent reliable some may end up in your spam folder or bounce back to us. Please utilize your My Orders tab within the vendor portal to reference your orders. We recommend you log into your order log at least once a week to prevent missed orders. Here you can find a list of all outstanding and filled orders along with the information you need to ship orders. 4. The Fulfillment Process Unfulfilled orders are marked Ready to Ship. Once your product has been delivered to the post office, you may begin marking items shipped. If you are a current vendor, and this is your first time logging in, you will see all of your past orders in this list. Please don't worry about updating past orders or marking them as "shipped." This action generates an email to the customer who has likely already received those orders. Please consult your records and begin updating the shipping status after the last item you sent us tracking information for. 5. Marking Items Shipped When you're ready to fulfill an order click "Details" to the right of the order. The customer's order details will appear. Click on "Ship this Order." 6. Enter Tracking/Shipping Info From there, you should enter your shipping method, the actual shipping cost and the tracking information. Please enter the actual shipping cost with no symbols. This information will not go to the customer. It will help us with invoicing in the future. 7. Complete Fulfillment Process Once you are done, click "Save." A shipment notification will now be emailed to the customer. There is no longer a need to send tracking information to [email protected]. 8. Thanks for your interest in Bourbon & Boots!
