    ABOUTUS

    The Boundary Bay Brewing

    Company is an international-

    ly renowned, award

    winning microbrewery

    and brewpub located

    in Bellingham, Wash-

    ington. It was founded

    in 1995 by Ed Bennett,

    and has won numer-

ous awards in nation-al and international

    beer competitions. It

    is named after Bound-

    ary Bay, a bay north

    of Bellingham that is

    partially Canadian and

    partially American territory.

    During prohibition, rum-run-

    ners and bootleggers crossed

illegal alcohol into the Statesthrough this unique geological

    feature.

    We feature ten handcrafted,

    award-winning beers on tap

    and Northwest fusion pub fare

    in a family friendly atmosphere.

We have been named one of

the top 25 breweries in the

    United States (Steve Johnson:

Americas Best Brews) and havebeen voted the Best Brewery in

    Washington State in 2005, 2008

and 2009 by the Readers Choice

    Awards in Northwest Brewing

    News Magazine.

    Beyond our menu and our

beer, what makes us special is

the connection we have to our

    community. For us, that means

    not just donating time, product

    and manpower to other local

    businesses, but also doing what

we can to ensure the sustained

health of our local economy and

    community.

We are locally owned and run

    providing jobs to over 100

    people in our community. Sus-

    tainability is a very important

factor in our business which is

why we certified our Beer Gar-

den as a Backyard Wildlife Hab-
